Actually, my position is quite simple.

That leaked "secret" document basically has one person giving
a verbal report with no accompanying evidence whatsoever.
This person makes no direct attribution about Bush or the
Admin whatsoever.

This one persons verbal account requires you to interpret
what he meant by the word "fixed" before you can even begin
to entertain the possibility that anything nefarious occurred.

So what do you really have? All of your so-called evidence is
contained in one short sentence (perhaps two).

Meanwhile I can look to 4 exhaustive, bipartisan
investigations that all concluded there was no evidence that
Bush or anyone in the Admin misled or pressured others to
alter evidence to make their case.

All 4 investigations have been thoroughly vetted.
