To lie under oath you have to be subpoena'ed. That won't be possible until congress changes hands. But the Bushies should be investigating themselves. They have turned into a big mafia where they consider themselves above the law. Maybe that's why they're so cavalier about gay hookers in the White House. They simply don't care who knows. But they will. Tom Delay may be making it possible to subpoena every single one of them. The Delay scandal is not about travel expenses, it's about far-far more. You'll see.
