It makes sense. But behind the grass root resistance in Vietnam were Russians and Chinese. Behind Alegerians were the CIA and Russians. Behind the French and other reistiance movements in occupied Europe were the allies. A reisistance movment can not feed on itself. I refuse to believe the Saddam planned all these attacks when he simply turned his country over the American forces without a serious fight. I don't think a thug like was Saddam was that smart to organize all these before he goes. Here lies something deeper.
