Please understand the words you use.

Slander:
1 : the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation
2 : a false and defamatory oral statement about a person

I pointed out facts. Facts by definition can never be slander. If facts are defamatory, then Kerry has only himself to blame.
