No, it's still under investigation. He admits to visiting the chat rooms, and it's been discovered that he did it on City computers. I don't see how the man can be effective in office any more, so he should just resign. They can always charge him with crimes later if the evidence supports it. I do not take kindly to such behavior by powerful people. I don't care what party they come from. I'm not about to defend him because he's a Republican like some people did for Bill Clinton. Endless excuses, and it's still going on.
