Well, you have to admit, that right or wrong, in today's society it's much better to have a male brain in a male body and a female brain in a female body. Any cross-over leads to a life that is more difficult than it needs to be.

Then there is Chyna, formerly of the WWF. I understand that she has taken so many steroids that anatomically she now is closer to a boy than a girl.

It leads to a life that is less ordinary. Whether that is difficult depends much on the personaly of the person with that life.
