Holland does not have a heroin problem. Maybe 30 years ago they used to but not now. I worked there for many months and never saw any sign of hard drugs. Never even heard about it. The most they had was Ecstacy at the clubs. By the way,. know why marijuana was first made illegal? Because William Randolph Hearst wanted harmless hemp pants illegal because they threatened his paper pulp factories. But now that we have so few wild forests left, time to bring back hemp in a big way. Both Washington and Jefferson grew hemp. Hemp can also be made into oils, including fuel oil. It's nature's most useful plant.
