Re: have sold my home

FWIW, I think that is a brilliant move, esp if you are in CA.

Big Bucks, where are you living--in a tent? <gg>

"FWIW, I'm now 70% cash and have sold my home and will
wait for the right time to make selective investments again."

So noted. I know a well known bear, Jas Jain, who made a similar proclimation in 2000 or 2001 about real estate... He waited for about two years for it to crash then bought something in the boonies to live in, at a higher price.

I heard Ed Hyman of ISI say the housing market could be just starting to bubble and it might be about where the NASDAQ was in 1996.

I make no predictions but I sure like my own equity situation here in the Bay Area where the inventory of quality properties is still tiny. :)
