Green is long term lending from the Fed, red is coupon passes
(printing money to buy treasuries). Many think the amount
in red (coupon passes) should be multiplied by 10, since allowed
bank loan:asset ratio is 10:1.

REPOs are usually overnight loans, which are due next morning.
They don't affect anything, and shouldn't.
