One of the neatest things about organic farming for the farmers in my neck of the woods is the vast number of farmers' markets. The farmers really like selling their products at the market. They can give away cool recipes so people buy even more stuff, and there is usually really nice music in the background, and some of the vendors are bakers and food vendors, so some really nice smells waft by. I think it would be very uplifting spiritually to be an organic farmer, also.
