From Personal experience the Lexar cards used to be faster but that changed about a year ago. Now all the Pro Photographers I know are switching to the Sandisk Ultra II or Extreme Cards as they work best with the Canon Cameras we are all shooting with and they are cheaper as well.

I hear the death knoll ringing for Lexar. Wouldn't it be a kick to the Lexar management if Sandisk just bought them.

Also to the question of an injunction against Toshiba how could Lexar stop Sandisk from importing chips from Flash Vision when Sandisk Licenses the technology?
