mchjc,

As of now, however, we have to assume that the pennant I last pointed out has been broken, that we will open with a gap down tomorrow, and the stock will begin another leg down. If so, the measuring implications point to 30/31, to support at the 200d MA (today at 30.30 and rising), and in the process closing the unfilled gap below at 32.75.

OK, mc., don't sugarcoat it. I can take it. Now give me the BAD news. :-)

Kip

Hi mchjc,

As always, thanks so much for your helpful comments. I agree, things were looking promising (and green!) in the first half of the session. Ugly turnaround...

Now that's painful. :-(

On the other hand, you've provided a tiny glimmer of hope in terms of the situation being (possibly) salvaged tomorrow. I suppose I'll hang on to that for the moment, but all in all, it's not looking terribly rosy.

Must admit, I'm guilty of having become too attached to this stock. Never a good thing. :-)

I appreciate your taking the time to share your TA.

Best as always,

IHSC

Seems like my question is close to getting answered -- by the chart, not you. (g)

My (gentleman's) bet is downtown from here. Been downtown since I brought up the subject, obviously.

Ditto Dan, though he was a "tad" early. (g)

Best,

Michal

TA: Maybe the last few weeks were a B wave in AAPL? I don't really know at this point... that would be a very strange 3-3-5 correction.
