It's not impossible, just highly unlikely. If his run for the nomination in 2008 is going no where, he won't sign. And I agree this is the most likely outcome.However, if it turns out he has a fighting chance to win the nomination, then he'll be forced to sign sooner or later. In the heat of a 6 month campaign you can jolly people along by pretending to misunderstand the issue, or by explaining that you thought you had already signed the form, or by saying you believed all the relevant paperwork was already released or with promises to sign when you have time etc. But you can't dance to that tune for 5 years without people noticing. Even now, he can't go back on "Meet the Press," and if he pulls even with Hillary in the polls I expect Democrat insiders (and the MSM, but I repeat myself) to start calling for full disclosure. Of course, if he does sign, you can count on the spin revolving around the phrases "ancient history" and "injustices done to me in the past." - Rick
