This is happening on Bush's watch and will be part of Bush's legacy, for his boneheaded decision in 2001 to disengage the North Koreans and end the program that had the nuclear program under lock and monitoring. Funny how conservatives always try to blame someone else. I thought one of the tenants of conservatism is to take responsibility for one's actions? Also smaller, less intrusive government. Why do conservatives have such a hard time practicing what they preach?
