"Rational people value one another for their humanity." I have already demonstrated very clearly and rationally that a fetus is a unique human being. You clearly state that a fetus is not a human being, but the evidence you supply is not biological or scientific. They are emotional, subjective, and could apply equally to a new born. "They were just as potentially human when they were the wind and the rain..." That is totally false. A fetus is a human with potential but then so is a new born. Again I ask why kill one for convenience and protect the other with the force of Law?
