"Of course it's not; and I have never said that an egg is a person. I say a fetus is a human being and all humans are by nature persons"

Are you saying you make a distinction between the fetus and the zygote as to whether or not they are "persons" by virtue of being "human beings"??

"A fetus is not exclusively comprised of the womans body"

Sorry...I guess I need to spell it out for you" ALL parasites, germs, bacteria, etc. that are within our bodies are a PART of our bodies. We keep wanted parts and we attempt to get rid of unwanted parts. In the process....every single cell in our body is completely replaced on a frequent basis.

"What is a new born child suckling on the mothers breast?"

It is a human being OUTSIDE of the woman's body in whom society now has an interest as a human being. A rather helpless human being to be sure.

"What God does is His business"

Oh, surely! And whatever contradicts the theology of your God can simply be ignored!

Furthermore, I do not abuse cows (I eat them) because I believe they are made to be abused. It is simply that I cannot kiss a cow and a cow will not help me paint my house.

Woman have abortions because for some reason the fertilized egg is unwanted.

A Jainist would consider you cruel and immoral for wiping out a mosquito. I certainly understand their point of view but all groups fight one another for survival in a fierce competition for existence. My survival is more likely if I side with humans rather than with eggs or cows. All creatures have self interest. The problem with you is that you do not comprehend your own self interest--nor your values.

Now I must run. You have a good day and if you ever discover what caused the Egyptians to forget how to create life (or why such a remarkable talent is not mentioned in their history)--please let us know. The world will beat a path to your door and you will get 40 Nobel prizes all at once.
