If they cannot opt for junk food at school then at least they are not eating it at school. Do you think there is an important interest to be served in feeding kids bad meals at school? I'm not sure I understand the argument against offering healthy foods, and only healthy foods, in school, aside from the fact that soda and candy makers want to profit from children's bad eating habits. Are you making the argument that we should not serve healthy foods in school? Perhaps if you can explain to me what you are talking about, I will understand your position better.
