NEW YORK, May 16, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ramp Corporation (RCO, Trade) today announced it has signed an agreement with Halco Life Safety Systems, of Houston, TX, to distribute CarePoint and CareGiver to Halco's hospital, long term care and physician practice clients in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Ramp Corporation, through its wholly-owned HealthRamp subsidiary, develops and markets the CarePoint and CareGiver healthcare information technology suites.
