'private placement' capital raising scams: shareholders in Canadian juniors should protest every private placement deal toute de suite when they hear about it. DEMAND rights issues for current shareholders instead. there will still be dilution, but at least someone other than connected insiders will get something out of it, instead of getting the short end of the stick as usual.
