Hi Mike, I don't think we have anything to worry about in regard to the Navy. They have just toughened the high year tenure rules for E-4's (if you haven't made E-5 by ten years you're out), and they continue to enforce high year tenure in every other rank. In addition, they have not relaxed the high school diploma requirement and are kicking people out left and right for all kinds of offenses, which would have been acceptable 10 years ago. I believe if there was a problem, they would be moving in the opposite direction. Like many of the services, its specialists we having a problem with, such as doctors, Sub NUC officers and enlisted, as well as EOD and Sub ANAV's. Targeted bonuses up to 60 grand seem to be working.
