There is only ONE way to have economic growth: CUT TAXES ON CAPITAL FORMATION (and lock up the Marxist/Leninist Democrats who carp about "the rich".)

The ONLY times in history that America "tried to pay off the debt" there was recession, depression, and destruction-all unnecessary and caused by blind ignorance...
