Yeah, of course since April 2002, we have seen huge surpluses all along the way.

This year's deficits will be at least as high as last year's if not more. By the time Dumbya leaves for his fake ranch, we will be running near-trillion dollar annual deficits.

Bush has spent us into the largest deficits in our history. From a huge surplus, no less. Its INCREDIBLE fiscal mismanagement. Gross really.

On a positive note, nobody gets too panicked when Bush warns of a 200 billion dollar social security shortfall in 40 years, since we just BLEW MORE THAN 200 BILLION on that blood and treasure sinkhole, Iraq.
