No, it isn't. The 89¢ figure you see is for continuing ops. The average estimate fully diluted is 86¢. (Note that this number is up 1¢ from before earnings. The 89¢ number you see is the pre-earnings continuing ops number. Post-earnings it looks like the number will be 91¢.)

Fully diluted for the last 9 months is $.63, so they would have to make $.26 fully diluted in their last quarter to hit the $.89 target.

You're gonna be highly disappointed if you expect CSCO to make 26¢ fully diluted in the 4Q.
