The answer is: BUT THEY DON'T.

China has an *extremely* restrictive set of rules for immigration, and low over-all rates of immigration.

The point I made --- which you've apparently decided to dance around, but never deny --- is that the US has a much more favorable (for growth) demographic condition (because of relatively high immigration and higher birth rates) then most of it's major market competitors: The European Union, Japan and, as I pointed out, China.
