It definitely is important for dog owners to know whether their pets are happy or sad. I am not sure how that Korean device works--you need to log on to your computer and have your cell phone handy.

There is a Japanese product that my daughter got me last Christmas--the Bow Lingual. Only one of our dogs was a mystery to us--our Sheltie. He barks a lot! Like he's talking, but we couldn't understand him. So we were really delighted to find out that he has high self esteem but feels jealous of our golden retriever and lonely sometimes, and has a little trouble controlling his aggression. The Bow-Lingual told us he was saying things like "I might bite!" when we roughhoused with him, and "Make my day!" when other dogs approached that he wanted to scuffle with. Once when he was very quiet he was saying "I'm feeling a little funny." And once it said he was telling me he loved me, which is the best thing of all.
