We can go worldwide with the Marcos doctrine unless it only applies to the Jews? Do you remember the land shark skit on the old saturday nite live. We can replace that with Marcos Land Bridge and just wipe out countries left and right for being geographically incorrect. Somehow i suspect Israel will be Marcos only case. There will be exemptions left and right for the others, especially for areas of Mexican occupied Canada. Wait now i am really worried. If there are Mexicans in Canada then the US is an impediment to the Canadian/Mexican LAND BRIDGE......
