I talked to a guy yesterday whose son has bought and currently holds five houses using his dad's name/credit.

Looking to buy more but dad's worried the banks might get nervy.

I think the tax breaks artificially reduce supply in many areas as folks stay put due to low RE taxes on their homestead.
