Read it silly. The best solution is the simplest one. For the incapable of reading:

1. Install the visual lighted system (I think it's purple) that clearly delineates for even the least bright person (that would be you right now) where the no-fly zone begins and ends.

2. Install and educate everyone who works and lives in and around the no fly zone about a system of escalating warnings. They should have a laminated card that says:

if you hear 'ding dong clink clunk' you do X
if you hear 'bing bong frump thump' you do Y
if you hear 'rarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr' like out of a WWII war movie, then you do Z

It's pretty simple. People have been doing things like this for years. It's what they're considering in coastal areas for tsunami warnings. The warning, in one community, is the mooing of a cow broadcast over loudspeakers.

3. If a plane veers into the nofly zone (and NORAD says it had plenty of time to shoot it down even though it was within a minute or two of being there which, I guess, was the WH) and it can't be turned around then it's fair to shoot it down.

4. You can't read.

Oh yeah, he-who-can't-read, here are some other options. I don't know what will work fer sure but, since we're headed into decline and bankruptcy, it's time to change course and change it radically.

- repeal the ban on negotiating with drug companies for lower prices and stop the FDA from accepting future jobs from drug companies and make fradulent hiding of negative test results a criminal act

- let the legacy airlines fail and let pensioners go after shareholders for their money

- remove the income cap completely from SS AND make it progressive beyond $150K increasing that number with wage inflation

- repatriate all foreign income at standard income rates for corporations. If they don't want to be American companies, they can stop getting ALL American services and become foreign companies

- install a safety net available for all citizens that provides basic healthcare, housing, food for the destitute, mentally ill, disabled

- get out of Iraq NOW. Declare victory, hand over sovereignty, give the government guns and camp out in Kuwait and Turkey for assistance in training Iraqis for policework, education, politics. That includes all 14 bases and the bunker embassy.

- end all pork

- end all corporate welfare. Provide seed money instead of micro and small businesses which provide most of the new jobs anyway.

- vote by mail in all states, 100% publicly funded campaigns, 20 year moratorium on jobs in regulated industries

- Make Israel pony up its 200 warheads as a member of the NPT

- encourage lawsuits, using offshore legal help at a fraction of the cost, against miscreant corporations. Considering that the majority of suits are company-against-company, reigning in individual victims doesn't make sense.

- Make the paycheck in Congress and the WH and the Judiciary, etc. etc. equal to 150% of the average paycheck for Americans. Provide dormitory housing in Washington for everyone. Float all boats or float none.

I think Clinton made around $30K/year as Gov of Arkansas but he did have a house to live in.

- Make it illegal for government officials to hold public meetings that exclude any citizen in good standing. Make all meetings, except those that are actually about security, public.

- Make taxes much more progressive eliminating taxation for every family under, say, $30K/year.
