I think it might be a good idea to reintroduce the natural enemy of deer, wolves.

Yeah! Wolves mountain lions, cougars, puma, why not!

We already have fights over space with relatively tame animals, let's introduce carnivores in urban areas. Smartest idea I have heard in a while. You do realize where they have "reintroduced" wolves in some of the western states, they now have to hunt them again.

So you are for wolves killing deer, but people not killing deer? That is a strange position. We only killed 312,975 deer in 2004 in MO and they still are growing at a faster pace than the harvest. How many would wolves kill? 2500? 5000? 10,000?

How many infants, domestic pets, domestic farm animals would wolves kill? 1000? 2000? Too many.

What a poor way to control deer. Almost as bad as deer birth control.
