And when it talks about militias, we already have them. They're called The National Guard. That would take a Constitutional Amendment to make that definitional change. The Dick Act creating the National Guard was not a Constitutional Amendment. Therefore the unorganized militia referred to in the 2nd Amendment is still in force.
