Good stuff, worm castings. My sis started a project like that about 25 years ago, which ended when all the worms climbed out of the top.

Might be a project your daughters' could encourage at thier schools, in their spare time after mommyhood. I'll bet kids down there could get a business going selling
worms to fisherfolk, too.

With your climate, school gardens could be a fairly easy way for the schools to save money.
