Karen, If you think Social Security is in great shape and President Bush is off base in (proposing) reducing the future benefits to higher income retirees, and investing in corporate stocks and bonds (with some Social Security money) - that's fine. I hope you are correct. But if you and the Democratic Party are wrong, it'll end up as the worst political position the Democratic Party has made since supporting the institution of slavery. It will be the Democratic Party who will have abolished Social Security by ignoring underlying problems, till they were unfixable. re:"people like you 'are stupid.'"
