Its difficult, and it will never be perfect, but you would think that we could do better. What makes it hard is that if you crack down too hard trying to make sure no ineligible voter (illegal alien, resident of another state, felon (in the states that don't let felons vote), person voting more than once, ect.) votes than you will keep a few eligible voters from voting, and you get attacked for disadfranchising people. Than of course there is the fact that both major parties try to manipulate any gray area in their favor. Tim
