this has the Potential to usher in another era as DESTRUCTIVE to the markets as the Milken Boesky debacle was. It always goes to far...Sunguard was always an expensive stock. the only reason they could pay that much is they are going to leverage up the pieces and do major cost cutting. The American worker will eventually be under seige by these "creative destructionists". The junk bonds from many of these deals are going to go bust and a new wave of bankruptcys (bigger than the last) is headed our way in the next few years.
