You have to assume that the people who build school libraries have some sense and it will be a rare anomaly if they put stuff there that shouldn't be there.

I would assume 99+% of librarians have some sense but the statement wasn't about "most libraries", it was more absolute. "Public school libraries should be allowed to carry any books they want." Which would mean even in the rare cases where the librarian does get really wild it would be treated as if it was ok. I think the survey set up too many absolutes. Maybe I'm taking them to literally but I think people should say what they mean.
