OK, I am also long, I find using the forks much better then the spiral, but my time with the spiral is limited compared to GZ.

The spiral is more a position trading tool, forks give you entry/exit areas and about what TF they should occur and work well in all TF from 1min to daily. JMO

Looking for gold to bottom this hour based on forks, another low risk entry where stop can be close by.

I'll take a look at NQ and see how it reads... for the SP's, the key thing here is that prices broke down through the up spiral early for the second time in a row... this spells serious weakness...

Okay, with the NQ, prices broke through the up spiral three days ago...

Place the center of the spiral on 4/8 and the floor on 4/29, it broke through and momentum kept it moving... I can expect to see the NQ begin to sell off also... notice, if you place the spiral as suggested, the wall also touches the high on 2/15 of this year, therefore, I suspect today is the high for the NQ rally... we'll see, I haven't worked with the NQ, so, we'll see how it behaves...
