It's not apparent to me that it is running out of gas. You have a nice rising pattern, now consolidating above that $31 support line. It could be consolidating to form a top, or consolidating to make a further breakout.

Back in April you had the stock get way ahead of itself on a spike and get brought back down to earth pdq. It all happened in the first 15 minutes on 4/18. That kind of messes with the chart. Anyway, If this thing closed down into the 30.50~30.70 range it would warrant a closer look.

The trend is weakening on this chart but still positive; the weakening tends to happen when things consolidate:
