Lexar has to go after FlashVision...

...because Toshiba has a 50% interest in Toshiba.

If they were going after SanDisk as well then SanDisk specifically would be
mentioned in the ongoing litigation.

It is entirely possible that I am reading too much into Lexar's comments....but it certainly seems that they are implying that they are going after Sandisk.

"We will ask the court for an injuction to prevent the importation of chips, or cards, manufactured by Toshiba, or in conjuction with Toshiba. In other words, FlashVision or other partners that incorporate our technology."

I'm surprised that no analyst has asked Lexar directly if the injunction might apply to Sandisk. The stock certainly doesnt seem to be pricing any likelihood of this happening.
