<<Desperate to bring the sheep to the slaughter>>

You got it. $3,500,000 condos are the "in" thing on the Kohala Coast. Trump and Oprah wannabees are lining up at these "entry level" prices. Of course they don't rent. There is no income. Who needs it?

Could you have a clearer indication of a real estate top than this real estate report on CNBC

IMO there are areas of the county where real estate tops might be occurring, but IMO there isn't an overall real estate "bubble".

There are some areas of the country that will always be in high demand, and the old real estate thought of three most important things..."location, location, location" still apply.

For those who are buying homes with very small down payments and who currently hold large interest only loans...there are also those who own their homes "free and clear" and see their homes as a place to live, not an investment.
