Repeat after me. You sell out of your high priced home, tax free on up to 500k profit... from your high tax state and move to FL. You have more than enough money to spend...

FL prices will simply adjust up to high tax state prices. Even a premium.

I see a lot of new stuff built in certain areas but little existing inventory of single family for sale anywhere and I've been to a bunch of bubble markets lately.
