"They didn't filibuster any of Clinton's picks" It wasn't for lack of trying. They don't get off the hook just because they weren't very competent. I mean arguing that "we wanted to but we couldn't pull it off so it doesn't count" doesn't really make them look better. Just silly... And like their use of the blue card was better somehow than a filibuster. Notice how they eliminated that ability when they gained power? Can't have the opposition getting equal rights, now can you?
