You have a knack for looking only at one sentence in a post. Again, if you had read my post carefully, you would have noted that I said, one month doesn't make a trend. We'll have to see whether April becomes a trend or not in the succeeding months. But the fact is that there was an upside surprise in the April surplus. Everyone expected a surplus, but just not one as big as we had.
