By knowing which way it will be going next and by doing what they can to control it. Last analysts opinions for Dec Jan Feb Mar April were three downgrades and 1 upgrade. Today 2 upgrades, or some strange reason. (g) Its obvious Dell was way undervalued recently at prices down to 35. The next step seems pretty clear- Dell is now going up until it becomes overvalued at ???. Sig
