Hi Sam,

I don't know if INTC intends to use the ALTA 4700. From Google, I learned that the product became available from AMAT in December 2004 and is aimed at 90 and 65 nanometer production. Obviously, INTC has been in production at 90 and 65 nanometers, so they must use something else.
