Bush kept Tenet on, when he could have appointed anyone he wanted. Then, he awarded him the Medal of Freedom! The highest honor a civilian can receive. Is Bush a dope or what?

That's a really lousy management style. Trump would say: You're Fired!

Bush is supposedly (ok not really) the head of the government, if he can't handle those reporting directly to him, what the heck is he doing as President? You're just labeling him a gross incompetent.
