Bernard, VSH is an old Fave of mine.

I was trying to find a Bottom on it .. but it looks as if I'm a week late. If I remember correctly they've been in Acquisition and Research & Development mode. The Accretive term should play into the big picture soon.

I think Power Management is a Good Idea.
