The evidence is slim, but the slim evidence suggest the fraud favored Kerry. As for the question of votes being fraudulent I think this is a pretty good indication.

"The Milwaukee investigation has revealed that the number of ballots counted there exceeds, by 4,609, the number of people recorded as voting."

"but the fraud seems to have mostly been for him."

Based on what? True, the article makes the claim about most of the voters registered on the day of the election voted for Kerry, but it doesn't prove that a) those votes were fraudulent or b) they were really for Kerry. Nor does it prove that the people who voted multiple time or with fake names voted for Kerry either. And why, necessarily, would felons be Kerry voters? Despite the common beliefs on this board, there are felonious Republicans...

While it very well may be the case that most of the fraud favored Kerry, there isn't any proof of it. Nor any realistic basis to believe that is the case.

Well said. Excellent points.
