Vincente Fox's words ...."Not EVEN..." are very telling about how he thinks about people....whatever our color.

He really thinks he is "above" people, and doesn't realize that by his actions, or non-actions in this case, that at least some of us consider him 'riffraff...' Of the worst sort. He is living well on the backs of the Mexican people, and has done nothing to help his citizens find jobs, or even help create jobs. Does Mexico have no resources at all??

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Vicente Fox called recent U.S. measures to stem illegal immigration a step back for bilateral relations on Friday and said Mexican migrants do jobs "that not even blacks want to do."

The rule of PC doesn't exist in Mexico to the extent it does here. As offensive as it is to our ears, the comment wil not cause much consternation down there.
