It is inconceivable. I don't think even David Duke would say something like that, at least in public

And I think that's the key. There was no "Klu Klux Klan" South or black slavery stigma in Mexico, nor was there a moral and political backlash against those attitudes. There isn't the same taboo on saying such things in Mexico like in the States.
