"the strategy of colonialism" as Islamists use it refers to the EXISTENCE of Israel, as marcos, who has swallowed the Islamist line about Muslims/Arabs being the only rightful owners of the entire Mideast, tells us daily. Islamists like Rafsanjani don't give a damn about the actual Palestinians, that's why giving them concessions or even making a deal won't appease them, only encourage them in their hope of getting rid of the "colonial artifact".
